Primary Responsibilities
- Act as the primary implementation resource during the overallimplementation/onboarding phase of the client lifecycle
- Clearly define identify and document business and technical needs andobjectives
- Create user documentation instructions and procedures
- Assist with training on the administration and use of the solution
- Participate in project calls with customers and act as a subject matter expert onCompany solutions
- Coordinate and track tasks assigned to both internal and external project teammembers
- Execute a variety of project tasks such as procedures scripting data importsconfiguration testing and knowledge transfer
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reportdevelopment or product enhancements
- Work across time zones with nationwide clients and with global team membersacross the U.S. India and China
- Build strong relationships with customers to facilitate requirements gathering andvalidation
- Instrumental in the development of solution engineering guidelines while offeringideas for process improvement
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver software implementation projects frompresales to final delivery preferably in this or related industry
- Ability to accurately track multiple detail-intensive interdependent tasks withtimely completion
- 5 10 years of experience in C# .Net SQL and web design experience including implementationexperience working for a software company
- Hands on experience in TypeScript Azure designer Postman SMS RESTful API development basic SQL debugging and business intelligence
- General knowledge of database structure that allows for quick understanding ofdata migration tools and processes
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Commitment to work well with clients build successful customer relationshipsand ensure satisfaction
- Experience working in the energy efficiency retrofit and/or construction industryespecially utility demand side management space is a plus
- Self-motivated and proven productive working with a virtual team
- Successful achievement of project success criteria and business outcomes
