Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer - React (L1)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Senior Frontend Developer with 4 years of experience in to join our dynamic development this role you will collaborate with the Technical Lead and other senior developers to implement the frontend solutions for business requirements. Your contributions will focus on building scalable high-performance user interfaces that provide excellent user experiences.

Responsibilities

Implement Frontend Use Cases & Requirements
- Work closely with the Technical Lead and Senior Frontend Developer - L2 to implement frontend use cases and deliver solutions according to business requirements.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into functional user interfaces.
Frontend Development with
- Develop dynamic and reusable React components to meet the projects needs ensuring the application is responsive and visually appealing.
- Work with state management libraries like Redux or Context API to manage application state efficiently.
Integration with Backend Services
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services into the frontend components ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
- Work on connecting frontend components with backend systems using RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Code Quality & Maintainability
- Write clean modular and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and standards.
- Participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
Performance Optimization
- Implement best practices to optimize the performance of the application such as lazy loading code splitting and efficient component rendering.
- Troubleshoot and debug frontend performance issues and ensure that applications load quickly and are responsive.
Collaboration and Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with other team members including backend developers product managers and designers to deliver high-quality end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Testing & Debugging
- Write unit and integration tests using tools such as Jest React Testing Library or Enzyme to ensure the quality of the application.
- Identify troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues within the frontend codebase.
Mentorship
- Assist and guide junior developers providing mentorship on coding standards problem-solving and best practices.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development particularly with JavaScript and modern web technologies.
- Continuously improve development processes and contribute to building a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
Documentation

Document the architecture features and components of the frontend codebase to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.

Qualifications

Experience:
- 4 years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on .
- Experience with JavaScript (ES6) HTML5 and CSS3.
Technical Skills:
- Frontend: Strong expertise in and modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- State Management: Experience with Redux or Context API for managing application state.
- Backend Integration: Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for integrating frontend with backend.
- Version Control: Proficient with Git for source control.
- Testing: Familiarity with testing libraries like Jest React Testing Library or Enzyme.
