Trainee Mortgage Advisor - Remote Working
PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking approaches from fully qualified experienced or Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a very well established Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Networks Mortgage Advisory operation.
The PRIMIS partner AR firm are a 150 advisor business where many experienced advisors started their mortgage careers.
The role benefits from complete flexibility and obviously the enhanced earnings that come with Self Employment within Mortgage Advisory.
We are happy to consider Financial Services / Property experienced Cemap 123 qualified individuals who are confident with Social media and Networking as youll need to self generate your own business (no leads are provided).
Some advisors come on board part time whilst working other jobs until they transition to Mortgage Advisory full time although we insist on a minimum of 50% of time to be committed to the Mortgage role.

- 70% of gross procuration fee (no network retention taken) in your favour on self generated business (60% whilst non CAS)

- This role in time can lead to you having your own AR firm alongside PRIMIS Mortgage Network
The role is self employed - there is no employed alternative and there is no financial pipeline building support available.
You will need to supply a business plan to show us how you are going to self generate your own business.
PRIMIS Mortgage Network- a wholly owned subsidiary of the highly respected parent business -LSL Property Services plcis the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 3000 advisers across some 1000 individually branded mortgage and protection businesses.
