We are now looking for a Senior Property Manager who will manage our Swedish property assets and contribute to NKTs global growth strategy.
About the Role
As a Senior Property Manager you will take on a broad and responsible role leading and developing the operation maintenance and investment activities across our property portfolio. You will engage in both strategic planning and practical implementation prioritizing enhancements in operational efficiency cost optimization and long-term value creation. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues contractors authorities and internal stakeholders. As a part of managing and developing our property portfolio across key locations travels within Sweden is needed.
You will be part of our Property management team and the position is based in Karlskrona.
Your key responsibilities:
