Were searching for a visionary Team Manager Digital Motor Assessment to spearhead the revolution towards seamless no-touch digital assessments that wow customers and streamline supplier processes. Youll lead a high-performing team of digital motor assessors coaching and inspiring them to hit targets on repair costs speed and quality all while delivering exceptional service that gives our customers real peace of mind.
What you will bring:
- Proven track record with 3 years in operational management leading specialist teams
- Experience driving business improvements in the insurance or financial services industry
- A collaborative leader who partners with suppliers to achieve outstanding results
- A people-first mindset with strong coaching and staff development skills
- Sharp decision-maker who always puts the customer first
- Bonus: Technical or trade qualifications
