What Youll Do

Handle incoming customer queries via phone email and chat in Portuguese.
Provide accurate information troubleshooting and effective solutions.
Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience.
Collaborate with team members and follow company guidelines to ensure high-quality service.

What Were Looking For

Fluent Portuguese speaker (C1 level or above).
Good English skills (B2 level or higher).
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Relocation Package (for candidates moving to Athens)

Flight ticket (from within the EU).
2 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival.
Airport pickup.

Work-From-Home Information
