As a Remote Customer Advisor youll be helping German-speaking customers solve problems and get answers always with kindness curiosity and care. With full training and tools provided youll become a reliable guide for people needing support.

Your day-to-day tasks:

• Respond to customer questions via phone or email

• Record customer feedback and questions clearly in the system

• Help resolve complaints and escalate if needed

• Use guided tools and documents to troubleshoot issues

• Offer thoughtful solutions to common concerns

• Keep response times and service quality within agreed standards

Fluent German
Comfortable with English at C1 level
