Job Description: Administrator / Customer Relations Personnel (Part-Time 25 Hours per Week) Location: Cheltenham Gloucestershire Hours: 25 hours per week

This is a specialist home improvement company that creates bespoke living spaces such as conservatories timber orangeries extensions and garden rooms. Alongside these they supply and install a wide range of uPVC aluminium and timber windows and doors across Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and friendly Administrator / Customer Relations Personnel to join our small dedicated team. This role is central to keeping the office running smoothly supporting the operations team and ensuring customers receive excellent service at every stage of their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone email and in person. Manage the customer database and update records accurately. Assist with scheduling consultations surveys and installations. Provide professional and timely responses to customer queries ensuring a positive experience. Support the operations team with administrative tasks including processing orders invoices
and paperwork. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors where required. Prepare and send out customer communications quotes and follow-ups. Ensure the smooth running of the office with general administration duties.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in administration customer service or office support. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident with IT systems including Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook). A friendly professional manner with a genuine interest in helping customers. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently as well as part of a team.
