Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

Insurance Defense
Construction Litigation
Employment Law
Premises Liability
Liability Defense
Commercial Litigation

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of civil defense matters from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings motions and briefs.
Represent clients in court hearings depositions mediations and trials.
Communicate effectively with clients opposing counsel and court personnel.
Develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing.
A minimum of 4 years of civil litigation experience.
Strong legal research writing and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and responsiveness.
