The Role: We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 27 years of experience to join the New York team. You will work on complex commercial litigation matters complemented by the firms exceptionally strong bankruptcy/restructuring and real estate transactional practices. You will represent both plaintiffs and defendants in a culture that values aggressive and innovative approaches.

Requirements

Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the New York Bar.
Experience: 2 to 7 years of litigation experience is required.
Background: Must have prior experience at an Am Law 200 firm.
Education: J.D. from an accredited law school with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
Practice Areas: Experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in financial services technology or real estate is highly preferred.
