Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Roles and responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements perform gap analysis and provide solutions to meet business needs.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Global Human Resources Talent Management Workforce Rewards Workforce Management and HR Help Desk.
- Assist with troubleshooting problem resolution and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion HCM systems.
- Provide subject matter expertise during project planning execution and delivery.
- Create functional design document for conversions/ interfaces/ reports/ extensions functional testing and support development of technical deliverables
- Conduct testing data validation and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop user training materials and provide end-user training sessions.
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects.
- In-depth knowledge of HCM processes and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Human Resources or related field.
