岗位职责
保全现场的先进设备与相关技术以及现场员工的安全按照相关法律法规避免对人和工作环境产生任何危害以及执行相关安全要求和说明
完成由主管分配的其他工作任务
根据安全管理程序和作业指导书执行职业健康安全的相关规定
按照预防性维修计划实施责任机台保养使机器生产利用最大化
统计备件需求信息给到备件专员跟踪备件采购
协助统计汇总月度责任设备问题点及制定解决方案
及时汇报每班设备故障分析根源
与其他维修人员良好沟通确保设备问题正常处理并做好交接班减少停机
确保维修质量提高一次维修通过率
维持检查责任设备现场管理并计划改善
根据公司要求提供高质量报告如维修根源分析报告备件消耗报告
填写日常维修申请单保养单
岗位要求
5年以上制造业相关工作经验
机电一体化或相关专业
持有低压维修电工证
能够根据设备电气图纸借助检测工具查找基础电气故障
熟悉常见机械传动部件的构造原理及维护维修方法
能够看懂机械图纸具备丰富的拆装配经验对机械加工有一定了解
有大型重载机械维护经验或纺织设备相关维护经验者优先
