Job Description
主要职责 Key responsibilities
1. 负责仓库内原辅料印刷品化学品及成品的接收初步检验入库及GR Label粘贴确保物料质量符合标准
2. 及时准确地发放原辅料印刷品及化学品并处理成品出货以满足生产实验需求及客户订单
3. 维护Atlas系统物料出入台账管理近效期库存确保库存数据的实时更新与准确性
4. 实施成品库危废库危化品库一般固体废弃库AH冷库等区域的5S管理保持现场整洁提高工作效率
5. 负责危险废物和一般固体废物的管理包括储存台账记录处置商联系处置商资质复核五联单的开立与保管危废赋码装卸和称重政府相关系统记录维护等确保符合环保要求
6. 妥善保管和归档所有相关文件和记录以确保信息可追溯性和合规性
7. 进行GMP设备设施的验证确保符合操作要求和质量标准
8. 制定并实施危废管理计划以确保安全和合规
9. 负责成品出入库TTS数据包的下载保持数据的及时获取
10. 维护仓库Atlas Bin位信息确保信息准确和更新及时
11. 管理成品冷冻库和冷藏库的温度监控定期审核EMS数据确保温度符合要求
12. 填写和提交物料的初检及请验记录确保检测流程合规
13. 接收记录和申请处理不合格物料确保妥善处理和记录
14. 管理特种气体的接收与记录确保数据的准确性
15. 作为SCM部门EHS代表及时传达EHS月度会议的信息确保部门按时完成EHS任务
16. 编写和更新仓库相关的SMPSOPWI和WS文件确保操作规范
17. 负责本部门特种设备的管理确保其良好运行以及符合安监要求
18. 负责仓库改善或改造项目的URS起草发起和关闭Reliance和Enablon等系统相关的变更流程
19. 负责仓库设备设施Atlas PM系统报修操作
20. 根据领导安排完成其他相关工作以支持团队目标
