主要职责

1面向园区的办公人员等提供设施相关的现场客户服务及工单处理

2负责区域内建筑设施及其电力空调照明安防弱电给排水等系统的操作及正常运行

3检查及巡检验收设备设施的运行情况报告运行故障和维修结果

4负责处理建筑设备设施及外围应急维修

5监管设备供应商的现场整改工作

6根据设备的维护保养计划进行周期性维护监督各服务供应商的定期的对分管设备的现场工作

7设备系统的运行记录维修保养记录设备履历等技术档案的收集整理归档工作

8具有小组团队管理的能力

要求

1仪表端庄举止大方穿着得体态度中肯

2具有电工上岗证常白班人员具有低压证倒班人员具有高压证

3有制冷与空调作业上岗证优先

4会电脑操作办公软件使用优先

5具有电工操作中央空调设备操作综合维修工作经验3年以上

6高中中专以上学历

7有良好的语言表达能力和文字能力能阅读图纸者优先

8具有积极主动地工作精神善于发现并妥善完成额外的现场工作
