So who can be an Estimator at SMART
- Automotive repair industry experience including Repairs Refinishing Assembly Technician and Dismantling are all highly regarded.
- We dont expect you to know absolutely everything about all makes and models of cars but you should have good literacy skills to be able to follow documented methods.
- Youll also have good computer skills. While we train you with our in-house systems youll already have the ability to professionally construct and respond to emails when dealing with customers and suppliers.
- A proven ability to work within timeframes while working with and motivating the production team to produce quality outcomes.
- Our roles are full-time and permanent so you must have full AU working rights.
- Most importantly you must be prepared to make safety your number one priority for yourself your colleagues and your customers.
