Job description:
To support the Corporate IT Systems Manager in the administration and maintenance of IT tools and infrastructure. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems with a focus on Microsoft technologies and SAP at the infrastructure level. The IT Administrator will demonstrate a proactive and committed attitude contributing to the reliability and efficiency of the IT environment
Your major accountabilities:
- Assist in the administration of Microsoft-based systems and tools (e.g. Active Directory Exchange SharePoint Teams).
- Support the infrastructure aspects of SAP systems and OpenText in coordination with the IT Systems Manager.
- Monitor and maintain IT hardware software network and communications components.
- Provide first-level support to end users and escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in IT projects and contribute to the implementation of new technologies.
- Document IT procedures and maintain system records.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and standards
- Define and monitor KPIs to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
We would like you to have:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server Office 365 Azure Sharepoint).
- Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications
- Understanding of SAP ERP and OpenText Content Suite / Extended ECM infrastructure components (e.g. servers databases connectivity user management).
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities with technical and non-technical users.
- User management
- Availability to travel 10%
- Language: English and Spanish (fluent) and German (desirable)
