Your Mission

As a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Python and AI you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing CUJUs scalable reliable and future-proof technology architecture. Youll be at the core of building AI-powered solutions that directly impact the future of sports talent identification.

Tasks

What Youll Work On

Design and implement the overall AI-driven software architecture.
Write clean production-ready Python code and champion best practices.
Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines.
Define and implement release strategies (blue/green canary rolling updates).Collaborate closely with stakeholders product teams and data scientists

Requirements

What You Bring

7 years in software engineering with a strong focus on Python.
Proven experience in system architecture and distributed applications.
Deep knowledge of AI/ML systems and their integration into scalable products.
Strong grasp of design patterns clean architecture and SOLID principles.
Hands-on expertise with CI/CD cloud platforms (AWS) Docker Kubernetes.
Fluent English
Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with Terraform and observability tools (Prometheus Grafana ELK).
Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or technical publications.
