As a Senior Front End Developer youll design and deliver cutting-edge user experiences across enterprise content management systems - helping to solve complex technical challenges and shape smarter faster and more intuitive digital solutions for the Group worldwide.

Product/Feature Team: CSDOM - Enterprise Content Management

Qualifications & Experience

Relevant IT Degree or equivalent experience
3 years in Junior to Intermediate roles with 5 years total professional development experience
Proven track record in Agile Working Model (AWM) environments

Essential Skills & Requirements

Frontend Mastery

Expert-level Angular framework development with modern TypeScript
Advanced HTML5 CSS3 and responsive design principles
OIDC authentication framework implementation and integration
UX analysis and optimization of user interfaces and user journeys
Cross-platform application development and deployment

Development & Testing Excellence

Comprehensive testing frameworks experience (Jasmine Selenium Playwright)
Automated test case implementation ensuring business objective alignment
Version control mastery with CI/CD pipeline development and management
Build and deployment pipeline optimization

Infrastructure & Backend Integration

Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure)
Java with Spring Framework development for full-stack capabilities
REST APIs WebSocket and Kafka services integration
Application dependency management across full technology stack

DevOps & Operations

Cloud-native toolchain solution development
Automated deployment pipeline collaboration and quality control
Tier-3 support resolution for critical application availability
Infrastructure-to-application dependency management

Advantageous Skills

Deep understanding of Security frameworks particularly OWASP Top 10
Containerisation expertise with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration
Strong DevOps principles application and implementation
Enterprise-level system architecture and design experience
Cross-functional team collaboration in multinational environments

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development & User Experience

Deliver streamlined Angular-based user experiences with opportunities for backend contribution
Analyze and continuously improve UI usability and optimize existing user journeys
Maintain and develop cross-platform applications using Angular and Java frameworks
Implement responsive accessible and performance-optimized frontend solutions

Full-Stack Integration & Collaboration

Liaise effectively with feature team members for system analysis design development and testing
Work within agile/DevOps delivery models to ensure seamless project execution
Collaborate on technical product development within assigned applications and systems
Manage complex application dependencies from frontend to infrastructure layers

Quality Assurance & Operations

Implement robust automated testing strategies ensuring technical solutions meet business objectives
Support operational excellence through strong operations knowledge and tier-3 support
Plan and execute comprehensive upgrades of existing applications tools and features
Create and maintain technical documentation SOPs and system architecture documentation

Innovation & Problem-Solving

Develop cloud-native solutions ensuring world-class uptime and business agility
Resolve escalated support topics to maintain critical application availability
Contribute to cutting-edge global IT system landscapes and processes
Drive technical innovation within the enterprise content management domain
