Job Title : Oracle Fusion Functional Lead Subscription Management EPM & Revenue Recognition

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience : 10 years

Location : Hyderabad Telangana

Responsibilities:

10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
Proven expertise in Subscription Management Cloud RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Service) and EPM Cloud.
Functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
Experience in Subscription Billing Amendments Renewals and Usage-based billing.
Hands-on experience in functional testing data validation and UAT support.
Strong knowledge of Revenue Recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15) standards.
Oracle Cloud Certification in Subscription Management Revenue Management or EPM are preferred.
Provide functional leadership in Revenue Management Cloud (RMCS) setup revenue rules and accounting.
Strong understanding of EPM modules (Planning Budgeting Forecasting Financial Consolidation & Close).
Ability to conduct fit-gap analysis solution design and configuration.
Exposure to integration with CPQ CRM and Financials is a plus.
Lead end-to-end functional design configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion Subscription Management EPM and Revenue Recognition modules.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements map business processes and translate into Oracle Fusion solutions.
Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606/IFRS 15) and integrate with subscription billing processes.
Configure Subscription Lifecycle Management including pricing billing renewals amendments and cancellations.
Drive EPM solutions (Planning Budgeting Forecasting Financial Consolidation & Close) to support decision-making.
Conduct UAT end-user training and prepare documentation (BRD Solution Design Test Scripts SOPs).

Qualification:

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
