Responsibilities
- Welcoming guest with a warm greeting.
- Checking in guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Taking beverage and food orders correctly ensuring all customers preferences are met.
- Upselling items and promoting our loyalty scheme
- Maintain a clean and tidy area in your section.
- Helping other team members in different departments when needed.
- Handle guest inquires and resolves any issues professionally.
