Job Description
What Youll Be Doing
- Providing day-to-day functional support to a variety of Oracle HCM Cloud clients.
- Designing and advising on solutions processes and configuration best practices.
- Leading knowledge transfer sessions training and coaching colleagues.
- Supporting pre-sales activities including demonstrations.
- Acting as a subject matter expert on Cloud processes roadmaps and enhancements.
- Producing clear high-quality documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team.
- Building trusted relationships with clients by delivering consistently excellent service.

What Were Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud including Core HR Absence & HR Helpdesk.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Eligibility for UK Security Vetting (minimum 3 years UK residency).
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules (Talent Payroll OTL).
- Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and wider HR business processes.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
