Job Summary
Are you a natural leader with a passion for poker
Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced high-energy environment to take charge of our poker operations.
Were looking for a confident and experienced Poker Supervisor to bring energy leadership and precision to our card this role youll oversee poker operations support and guide dealers and ensure every game runs smoothly fairly and in line with regulations.
Youll be the central figure of poker operations - resolving disputes maintaining compliance and delivering an exceptional guest experience every time.
Qualifications :
To be successful youll need a solid background in poker or table games supervision strong leadership and communication skills and a cool head under pressure.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service are essential.
Ideally youll hold a valid Personal Functional Licence (PFL) and have a strong understanding of gaming compliance and procedures.
