Job Description
Were excited to be recruiting for a Performance & Reporting Specialist to join our team for VodafoneThrees SMARTY brand. As a key member of our commercial team youll play a vital role in helping us make informed decisions and drive business growth. Youll work closely with our Trading & Performance Manager to analyse trading performance forecast future trends and identify areas for improvement. Your skills and expertise will help us better understand our business and make data-driven decisions.
What youll do:
- Provide regular reports on sales revenue and customer retention to help us understand our channel performance
- Analyse data from multiple sources to identify key trends and themes and present your findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with our Commercial Finance team to develop business cases for new initiatives and assess their commercial impact
- Work with our Business Intelligence team to ensure smooth data flows and identify areas for improvement
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a business partner to help drive our commercial objectives
Qualifications :
Who you are:
- Has a strong foundation in data analysis and reporting with proficiency in MS Office tools (particularly Excel)
- Has experience working with complex data sets and producing detailed reports based on your analysis
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key insights and communicate them effectively
