This position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week.

Role Overview: The Partner Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for developing managing and growing relationships with Cisco reseller partners across Canada. This role focuses on driving Cisco product software and services adoption while enabling partners to maximize profitability and customer success. The PAM will act as the primary business interface between Cisco Ingram Micro and assigned partners aligning joint business plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned Cisco partners building strong trust-based relationships.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to accelerate Cisco sales growth.
  • Drive Cisco product software and recurring revenue adoption across assigned partners.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and market share targets in collaboration with Cisco.
  • Educate partners on Ciscos portfolio promotions and partner programs (including Lifecycle Advantage and Partner Incentives).
  • Support partners in building Cisco practice capabilities in security collaboration networking and cloud.
  • Forecast sales accurately and manage pipeline through CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with Cisco channel managers and Ingram Micro teams (technical marketing operations) to ensure seamless partner experience.
  • Drive adoption of Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) practices to help partners deliver value to end customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of channel sales distribution or vendor account management experience
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of Ciscos go-to-market strategy portfolio and partner programs is an asset.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Brings a hunter mentality while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (MS Dynamics experience a plus).
