DLF Canada /North America SBU is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Associate for our Lindsay Ontario Canada operation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Service activities -ensure total customer satisfaction
- Phone reception through Teams
- Mailing/Scanning
- Order entry processing activities including formulation and input of custom blends
- Accounts Receivable activities including invoicing customers credit memos and credit card payments
- Respond to all customer inquiries
- Assist sales team activities -quotes pricing and availability
- Assist sales team with reconciling customer and dealer accounts
- Tracking Shipments
- Back up support for other team members
Qualifications:
- 2 plus years of office/administrative experience in agricultural sales-related business seed experience preferred
- Post-secondary education in office business related programs
- Accounting experience an asset
- Excellent numerical verbal written listening and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational multi-tasking prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel & Word
- Navision software experience an asset
- JD Edwards experience an asset
Compensation and Benefits:
This position comes with a competitive compensation plan that includes a base salary benefits Group RRSP option with company matching program. Compensation will be based on experience.
