Job Summary

Role: Data Integrator / SSIS Developer with Python

Location: Mississauga ON

Duration: Fulltime / Long term contract-c2c

Responsibilities:

Develop test and deploy SSIS packages for data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes.
Collaborate with business analysts and data teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate data from multiple sources including databases flat files and external systems into target data warehouses and data marts.
Optimize SSIS packages for performance scalability and maintainability.
Monitor and troubleshoot existing ETL workflows resolving issues promptly.
Document data flows transformation logic and system configurations.
Ensure data quality integrity and security throughout the data integration process.
Participate in project planning estimations and Agile development cycles.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Data Integration and ETL development using SSIS.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server T-SQL and relational database design.
Experience working within Capital Markets or Financial Services domain is highly preferred.
Familiarity with data modeling data warehousing concepts and BI tools.
Ability to analyze troubleshoot and optimize ETL workflows.
Excellent problem-solving communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python PowerShell) is a plus.
