Job Summary
As host of all hosts you will be responsible for orienting guests to the spa facilities greeting guests as they enter the facilities and providing personal guest service. The ideal candidate must love providing the ultimate customer service while paying close attention to detail while working within a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure smooth flow of spa operations by reviewing daily treatment schedules and preparing/maintaining guest areas to meet our standards and protocols.
- Prepare professional body care products set up dry sauna rooms and prepare baths as needed.
- Take drink orders prepare drinks and serve poolside.
- Keep pool areas tidy by removing towels cups and dishes and restocking.
- Transport linen carts to the laundry facility.

Qualifications :
- Have a personality that constantly goes above and beyond
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays according to department needs
- Prolonged periods of standing/engaging in physical activity
