As the Senior HR Generalist this role is responsible for delivering excellence in service and contributing to the mission of protecting businesses people and time. The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the HR department including the administration of policies procedures and programs. This role involves collaboration across all levels of the organization to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

- 5 to 7 Years HR Generalist Experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources preferred
- Must adapt easily to changing priorities function well in a fast-paced environment and handle a high degree of confidential information.
- Analysis critical thinking and investigation skills
- Experience with emphasis on employee relations coaching and training activities.
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to act with professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
