- Leads the cooking Team in the preparation and execution of daily specials.
- Follows recipes and complies with portion sizes quality standards department rules and procedures and Department of Health regulations
- Washes and cleans all utensils preparation equipment and counters required for production
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications :
- 5 years as Sous Chef or Lead cook or Kitchen Manager.
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math and measuring skills.
Job Requirements
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours including standing walking bending and squatting.
- Ability to use all kitchen equipment and utensils.
