Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Sales Engineer based in Lakeland FL. The Sr. Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships providing technical support and driving sales of industrial repair services and new equipment. The role involves offering solutions tailored to client needs conducting site visits and collaborating with the engineering and service teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Sr. Sales Engineer will also assess customer requirements prepare proposals and close sales to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven Sales expertise and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and skilled in all preditive maintenance testing.
Experience in all electrical component repairs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with sales and CRM software
