Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Benefits Specialist in New York NY.
Summary:
Join a team of Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM experts supporting the implementation and post go-live optimization of the Benefits module. This role is hands-on throughout the build and support phases ensuring smooth configuration rollout and ongoing enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and support Oracle Cloud Benefits (plans dependents limits etc.)
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve issues and improve processes
* Participate in testing and troubleshooting during implementation and beyond
* Roll out new functionality and maintain system configuration
* Provide user support and identify process improvements
Required Skills : * Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits module * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to gather requirements and write specifications * Bonus: Experience with PeopleSoft Benefits ServiceNow and time capture devices
