POSITION: Sr. Administrative Assistant
FULLTIME HOURS: ASAP - 8/31/26 potential temp to perm or extension
LOCATION: New York NY
SCHEDULE: Hybrid (3/2)
PAY RANGE: $33.34/HR

Ability to work Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm with overtime as required. Must also be accessible after hours and weekends on as-needed basis
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Administrative assistant candidate will provide diverse advanced and confidential support. The AA is responsible for heavy calendar management including coordinating schedules for internal and external executives and acting as liaison to outside agencies in coordinating events. Significant multi-tasking abilities are required including managing different objectives projects and activities. The AA must communicate frequently with executives and line management to gather and convey relevant information. Regular involvement in high-level client contact and exposure to sensitive information requires that the AA use considerable tact diplomacy and judgment. Ability to read and write in Spanish.
5 years financial services support experience executive-level support preferred
Must be able to speak read and write proficiently in both English and Spanish
Polished and professional in phone and email communications
Excellent time management organization multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Advanced skills in Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints
Experience in processing travel and entertainment expenses promptly and accurately. Concur a plus
Exceptional problem solving skills and tenacious work ethic
Eagerness to learn and understand the business thoroughly in order to ultimately be in a position to act proactively with limited guidance.
