Assistant Manager

You were born to be the boss. We know. You get up in the morning and you make sure everyone else in the house is doing what they need to do. Then you go to work and you make sure that everyone there is doing what they need to do even your boss. You just do that because youve always done it. Well maybe its time you moved up. You want to be the boss Well nows your chance - Dominos Pizza is hiring bosses - more specifically assistant managers. Its a tough job one that needs a natural like you. Of course youll need some skills - judgement math and the ability to multitask.

ABOUT THE JOB

Assistant Managers are trained to oversee the day-to-day operations including: recruiting training and managing store employees creating a fun and professional work environment providing high quality products and customer service. Must be able to meet and exceed performance goals control food and labor costs ensure that health and safety standards are upheld at all times and work with senior management to maximize productivity and increase store level profitability.
