Job Description
Bela Brand Bat is seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about client interaction enjoy setting and achieving goals and want to start a dynamic career in sales and brand development. You will be responsible for presenting our services engaging potential clients and supporting our overall sales objectives.
Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients to present Bela Brand Bats services and value propositions
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Identify sales opportunities and support business development efforts
Participate in lead generation and outreach campaigns
Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align sales objectives
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Attend team meetings and contribute to growth initiatives
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business Marketing or related field is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive results-driven attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
No previous sales experience required full training provided
