Job Description
We are seeking a Client Relationship Representative to join our dynamic team in Madison WI. This position is central to our customer success strategy and is ideal for someone who excels in communication problem-solving and relationship management. You will serve as the primary liaison between the client and our internal teams ensuring exceptional service and long-term satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships
Understand client needs and objectives and work with internal teams to deliver effective solutions
Coordinate meetings presentations and regular follow-ups with clients
Resolve client issues efficiently and ensure client satisfaction
Track client interactions and prepare detailed reports for management
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing or related field
13 years of experience in client service account management or a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proactive approach to solving problems and handling client requests
Professional demeanor and customer-first mindset
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
