Job Description
Signal Tru Brand is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Promotions Assistant to support the execution of our promotional marketing campaigns. This role involves coordinating promotional activities assisting with event logistics engaging with clients and consumers and ensuring the smooth operation of campaign strategies across various brand activations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain hands-on experience in brand marketing and promotions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of promotional events and campaigns
Maintain consistent communication with team leads and event staff
Set up manage and break down promotional materials and displays
Engage with customers and educate them about the brand and offerings
Track event performance and provide post-event reports
Ensure brand consistency and professionalism at all times
Support the promotions team with administrative and logistical tasks as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field is a plus
Previous experience in promotions customer service or events is preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude with the ability to work in a team and independently
Ability to handle physical activity (standing for extended periods lifting promotional materials)
Must be available to work on-site and travel locally for events if needed
