Job Description

StaffAnchor has received a mandate from a leading global organization to hire a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales – India. This leadership role is critical to driving growth revenue acceleration and market leadership across the region.

The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with deep B2B expertise strong CXO-level engagement skills and the ability to close complex high-value deals while building sustainable partnerships across enterprise government and academic sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive aggressive revenue growth through new client acquisition channel expansion and strategic partnerships.

  • Own and execute India’s sales strategy in alignment with global business objectives.

  • Build and strengthen senior-level relationships with CXOs policymakers and institutional leaders.

  • Lead the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and consultative engagement to negotiation and closure of high-value opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success retention and account expansion.

  • Represent the organization at industry events government forums and conferences to enhance brand presence and thought leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales (cybersecurity IT training SaaS or technology solutions preferred).

  • Demonstrated success in closing complex high-value deals with C-level stakeholders.

  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to map client needs to tailored solutions.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Consistent history of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
