Job Description

QAD is seeking a System Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is responsible for configuring maintaining and optimizing our CRM and go-to-market systems to support sales marketing and customer success. The ideal candidate has experience managing Salesforce and related revenue technology tools with a focus on ensuring data integrity user adoption and system scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer configure and maintain Salesforce and integrated revenue tools (e.g. Marketo Gong Vidyard).

  • Manage user roles profiles permissions and security settings.

  • Create maintain and optimize workflows automation rules and approval processes to support business operations.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards reports and analytics for leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Partner with Sales Marketing and Customer Success to identify process improvements and translate business needs into system solutions.

  • Ensure data quality governance and compliance across all systems.

  • Manage inbound support tickets triage requests and prioritize resolution in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communicate effectively with end users providing timely updates clear documentation and training where needed.

  • Troubleshoot system issues manage upgrades and liaise with vendors as needed.

  • Document processes configurations and changes for ongoing system management.

  • Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring

  • Assist with system-related projects


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 24 years of system administration experience ideally in Revenue Operations or a related function.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration; Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation (Marketo) LeanData sales enablement (Gong Vidyard) and other GTM tools.

  • Strong analytical problem-solving and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a dynamic environment.
