Job Summary

Roles and Responsibility

Analysis of processes and quality standards with regard to optimization potentials and derivation of corresponding measures.

- Consulting and creation of process methodologies in EPC (Event triggered process chain) and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)

- Consulting and modelling of processes in our BPM-Tool ARIS

- Developing concepts to improve processes and quality standards in the complex task area

- Devising concepts for holistic process maps and data structures with the aim of digitalizing IT processes

- Implementing and documenting complex process optimizations

- Ensuring process implementation

- Monitoring and implementing quality standards and statutory requirements/guidelines in the processes

- Coordinating activities with high-level functional units

- Providing functional assistance in internal/external reviews/audits

- Acting as a specialist contact in the assigned task area

- Designing and implementing measures regarding process compliance

- Graduation secondary school or higher e.g. university degree (bachelor or master)

- Training certificates business process management (best: ARIS certificates)

- Several years of experience in international projects and international teams

- Expert in cross functional as well as virtual collaboration

- Several years of experience in business process management consulting as well as process modeling best in ARIS

- Excellent skills in process automation and process comprehension
- Advanced knowledge of process management documentation

- Self-initiative high reliability self-organized and solution-oriented working method

- Quick perception of complex and new fields of activity

- Advanced experiences in working in agile modes e.g. Scrum Kanban

- High quality service and output orientation

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Process orientated thinking and acting is your passion

- Fluent English skills German skills beneficial
