Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect VoIP/SIP protocol based systems with high availability and interoperability.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for complex system issues.
Lead and mentor a technical team of 10 members ensuring delivery excellence.
Prepare and present technical documentation and executive-level presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and enhance video calling systems.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
8 years of hands-on experience in VoIP/SIP protocol architecture and implementation.
Proven expertise in system design and root cause analysis.
Demonstrated leadership of 10 person technical teams.
Strong ability to produce technical documentation and executive presentations.
Solid experience with video calling systems.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of WebRTC for interoperability.
Experience in the VRS (Video Relay Service) industry.
Familiarity with Sorenson products.
Exposure to AWS infrastructure for scalable deployments.
