Roles & Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing policyholders.
Drive business growth through cross-sell and upsell of insurance products.
Ensure timely premium renewals and maintain persistency of policies.
Provide after-sales service handle queries and resolve customer issues.
Work on company-provided leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
Educate customers about product features benefits and financial planning.
