Job Description

Overview
The Talent Acquisition (Campus Recruitment) plays a pivotal role in our organization contributing to the overall growth and success of our recruitment initiatives. This internship provides the opportunity to engage with university students and recent graduates fostering relationships that can enhance our talent pool. Interns will assist in various aspects of the recruitment process particularly focusing on campus outreach candidate screening and event organization. Being part of this team allows for hands-on experience in recruitment strategies and organizational operations. Through this role interns will learn not just the intricacies of talent acquisition but also gain a significant understanding of employer branding and how our company positions itself in the competitive job market. Furthermore interns will collaborate with experienced recruiters learning best practices in attracting and retaining top talent while also gaining insights into the industry standards and trends.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing campus recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate and participate in on-campus recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify strong candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary telephone interviews with prospective candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes.
  • Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with university career services to create partnerships.
  • Assist in creating engaging recruitment marketing materials.
  • Implement social media strategies to promote job openings.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from candidates regarding recruitment processes.
  • Draft job descriptions and job postings for various positions.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new recruitment initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Help manage the candidate experience and ensure communication standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and campus engagement strategies.
Required Qualifications
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Experience with social media platforms for professional purposes.
  • Understanding of applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous internship experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and partners.
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations is beneficial.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours including some evenings or weekends for events.
  • Passion for connecting with people and building relationships.
