Job Summary
Were looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Associate - Ahmedabad (On-site) to help us find and hire top tech talent.
Requirements
What Youll Do:
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment (Developers QA DevOps Designers etc.)
- Source candidates via portals LinkedIn Zoho Recruit Hirist and referrals
- Conduct screenings & coordinate interviews
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
What Were Looking For:
- 13 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of tech roles & tools like LinkedIn Zoho Recruiter Hirist & Naukri
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Location: Ahmedabad India (On-site)
Hours: 11 AM 8 PM IST MonFri
