Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager HR to lead the talent management function. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR policy development performance management employee engagement succession planning and HR analytics with a solid understanding of the Indian labor market and HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Management:
    • Design and implement talent strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Identify high-potential talent and lead succession planning initiatives.
  • Performance Management:
    • Drive the performance review process across all levels.
    • Establish KPIs and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  • Learning & Development:
    • Identify skill gaps and implement relevant training programs.
    • Develop employee development frameworks for long-term growth.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Implement engagement initiatives to build a positive and motivated workforce.
    • Foster a culture of inclusion recognition and open communication.
  • HR Policy & Compliance:
    • Draft update and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws.
    • Ensure statutory and legal compliance across HR operations.
  • HR Analytics & Systems:
    • Utilize HRIS tools (SAP/Oracle/Workday) to manage employee data.
    • Track and analyze HR metrics to guide strategic decisions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
    • Act as an HR advisor for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 7 10 years of progressive HR experience preferably in mid-to-large-sized firms.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR policy frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms like SAP Oracle or Workday.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record in handling talent management and succession planning.
