We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Executive to join our dynamic team in Visakhapatnam India. As a key member of our food and beverage department you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlets ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Greet and escort guests to their tables providing a warm and professional welcome
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards and timing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas including table settings and side stations
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Handle guest inquiries special requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions
- Mentor and support junior staff members to maintain high service standards
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in food and beverage service preferably in a similar executive role
- Strong passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette
- Proficiency in upselling techniques and menu knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Proficient problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Basic computer skills for order management and point-of-sale systems
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
