- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen including floors work surfaces and storage areas.
- Wash dry and store pots pans cutlery and crockery promptly and efficiently.
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly.
- Assist with basic food preparation (such as peeling chopping or portioning ingredients) under supervision.
- Empty bins manage waste and follow recycling procedures.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are carried out according to hygiene and safety standards.
- Restock and organize kitchen supplies as needed.
- Support chefs and front-of-house staff during busy service periods.
