What Youll Be Doing
As our Void Administrator youll play a vital role in managing the turnaround of void properties. Youll be the go-to person for keeping everything organised and on track.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the void tracker
Create and manage spreadsheets (e.g. holiday tracker van register)
Process annual leave requests
Invoice completed works
Prepare handover documents and void packs
Organise contractor compliance
Order supplies (PPE stationery welcome packs)
Issue job requests to contractors
Chase key documents (EPCs asbestos surveys)
Run multiple databases to monitor progress and compliance
