Pay Rate: 14 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday (No weekends!)
Contract Type: Full-time 30 hours (Monday to Friday)
About the Role
Were looking for a reliable and motivated Team Member/Vending & Retail Support to support our vending and retail services across three busy floors. From keeping stock replenished and displays looking great to providing friendly professional service youll play an important part in making sure our clients can enjoy a seamless break during their working day.
Your Responsibilities
Replenish and rotate stock to ensure freshness and availability.
Keep vending and retail areas clean tidy and well-presented.
Monitor stock levels report shortages and assist with stock takes.
Receive deliveries manage storage and carry out basic inventory checks.
Deliver friendly and professional service to colleagues and clients.
Follow Health & Safety Food Safety and Hygiene standards.
Support allergen safety processes and report any accidents/incidents.
Work both independently and as part of a team to complete daily tasks.
What Were Looking For
Previous retail hospitality or food service experience (preferred but not essential full training provided).
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
Ability to lift and move stock safely.
Reliable punctual and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Friendly approachable and customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
Right to work in the UK
Flexible availability able to work Monday to Friday shifts
Basic understanding of English (verbal and written)
Willingness to learn and undergo on-the-job training
Physically able to stand for extended periods and carry light trays or equipment
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to follow food hygiene and safety procedures
Skills Needed:
Excellent customer service friendly approachable and courteous
Teamwork able to collaborate effectively with colleagues
Communication skills confident in interacting with customers and team members
Attention to detail especially when handling food and drink orders
Time management able to handle a fast-paced environment efficiently
Cleanliness and hygiene awareness
