Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accrual specific documents (free issue beverages agency and vending).
- Monthly quarterly and yearly client reporting.
- Stock reconciliation and reporting.
- Specific analytical reporting to help drive efficiencies.
- P&L revision and submission.
- Budgeting and balance sheet reconciliation for the client and Searcys.
- Entry of purchase invoices into Evolution including approval of E-invoicing.
- External debt analysis management and reporting.
- Spot checks of POS and credit card terminals.
Qualifications :
- AAT or CIMA qualified.
- Experience within catering or hospitality desirable.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Detail focussed.
- Supportive team player.
- Great organisational skills.
