Job Description

  • Delivering high-quality visual work that showcases industry-leading understanding craft and delivery
  • Inspiring senior stakeholders and building their confidence in the teams capabilities
  • Maintaining a strong creative curiosity and staying engaged with the latest art design and cultural trends
  • Protecting and advocating for design quality and the design process

 

  • Elevate visual brand execution by seeking opportunities to enhance the brands visual identity across all communication platforms
  • Lead the company-wide conversation about elevating the brand visually and serve as a key voice in promoting and celebrating the design process
  • Develop and refine brand guidelines identifying and filling gaps as needed
  • Lead and develop a diverse design team motivating and guiding team members to establish and maintain high design standards
  • Drive large-scale creative projects taking ownership from concept to completion and ensuring successful delivery
  • Contribute to the in-house agencys strategic plan leveraging design expertise and experience to foster an environment where talented people thrive

 


Qualifications :

 

  • Demonstrated design leadership with experience leading teams of designers on large-scale projects for notable brands.
  • Extensive design expertise across all mediums from branding to UI art direction to artwork oversight.
  • Experience in through-the-line channel execution; capable of delivering projects across multiple media.
  • Deep understanding of typography layout color theory image composition hierarchy and visual communication principles.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with a solid understanding of motion digital design and photography.
  • Experience in managing photo shoots and knowledge of print motion and digital production environments.
